Even so, Black Friday is one of the best times to snag wearable deals for the year ahead. We’ve rounded up the best deals spanning smartwatches, multisport watches, and fitness trackers alike.

The best Black Friday smartwatch deals

The 41mm Apple Watch SE is down to $179 on Amazon. The larger 44mm Apple Watch SE (GPS) is 25 percent off at $209. This is a great option for folks on a budget and children. Read my review. The 41mm Apple Watch Series 9 (GPS) is 18 percent off at $329 at Amazon, Walmart, and Target. The 45mm Series 9 is 16 percent off at $359. Not much is new this year, but the Series 9 does have a more powerful chip, precision finding, and the new double tap gesture. Read my review. If you want cellular, the 41mm Apple Watch Series 9 (LTE) is $429, or 14 percent off on Amazon. It’s $50 off at $449 on Best Buy. The 45mm version is $459.99 (13 percent off.)If you buy directly from Apple, you can get a $50 gift card when you buy either an Apple Watch Series 9 or SE.

The Apple Watch Series 9 features a brand-new S9 processor that enables offline Siri use, brighter displays, and the double tap gesture. It also has the second-gen ultra wideband chip for Precision Finding if you have an iPhone 15. Read our review.

The 40mm Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 with Bluetooth is $70 off at $229.99 at Best Buy. The 44mm version is also available for $259.99. This is a solid if iterative update, but hey, battery life is better, you get Wear OS 4, and the bezels are 30 percent slimmer. The larger 44mm version is $298.99.The 43mm Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic is $80 off at $319.99 at Best Buy. The larger 47mm version is also $80 off at $349.99. The larger 47mm version is also $100 off at $379.99. Meanwhile, the last-gen Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic is just $99 at Walmart. It may not be the latest model, but Samsung’s smartwatch updates have been pretty iterative these past few years, and you’ll still get Wear OS 4.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic brings back the rotating physical bezel and 15 percent slimmer bezels overall. Battery life is better, and it’s also got the latest Wear OS 4. Read our review.

The Amazfit GTR 4 is a platform-agnostic smartwatch that delivers a lot of bang for your buck. It has dual-band GPS, is Alexa-compatible, and has 14 days of battery life. Read our review.

The Google Pixel Watch is $199.99 at Amazon, Best Buy, and Target for the GPS version. The LTE version in stainless steel is $249.99. Both are $80 off list price. My only caveat is this is the last-gen model, so you’re lacking some of the newer features, but Google did roll out Wear OS 4 to the original Pixel Watch. The Apple Watch Ultra 2 is $60 off at $739 at Amazon and Best Buy. It’s not the most amazing discount, but we don’t usually see much more for the Ultra watches. This is quite similar to the original Ultra, but the new processor enables double tap as well. Read my review.The Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro is down to $369.99 ($80 off) for the Bluetooth version, while the LTE version is available for $409.99 ($90 off). This a last-gen model, but of all of Samsung’s smartwatches, this one will get you the best battery life. Read my review. The standard versions of the 42mm Garmin Epix Pro and the 47mm Epix Pro are available for $699.99 at Best Buy. The 51mm Epix Pro is $799.99. All three are $200 off their original price. Read my review. If you want nicer materials, the Sapphire Editions add a more durable sapphire crystal display. The 42mm and 47mm versions are both $799.99 and the 51mm version is $899.99. All are $200 off. Meanwhile, the standard second-gen Garmin Epix is available for $499.99 in steel, and the titanium version is $599.99. Both are $300 off.

The Garmin Epix Pro comes in three sizes, includes a handy flashlight, and has multiband GPS. Plus, it still lasts over a week on a single charge. Read our review.

The 47mm Garmin Fenix 7 is also $200 off at $449.99. It’s last year’s model, but frankly, it gets you everything that the Pro version has except for the flashlight.The 47mm Fenix 7 Pro Sapphire Solar is also $200 off at Best Buy for $699.99, down from $899.99. The 47mm Fenix 7 Pro Solar is also $200 off at $599.99. These are similar to the regular Fenix 7, but the hands-free flashlight is a nice upgrade especially at these prices.The Garmin Forerunner 255 is $100 off at $249.99. It lacks the OLED display of the newer Forerunner 265 but makes up for it with extra long battery life. The Music version is also $100 off at $299.99. The Polar Grit X Pro is 15 percent off at $449.95. This is a good alternative for top-end Garmins.The Coros Pace 2, which is geared toward runners, is 10 percent off at $179.Best Black Friday fitness tracker deals

Whoop 4.0 is 17 percent off at $199 on Amazon. This includes a 12-month subscription. Whoop is a favorite among hardcore athletes and specializes in recovery. Fitbit may be having a rocky few months, but these are both solid and affordable fitness bands for casual users.The Oura Ring Gen 3 is $30 off for $269 at Best Buy. This is a great discreet sleep and recovery tracker that can also track basic metrics like steps and heart rate.

The Fitbit Charge 6 features a haptic side button, an improved heart rate algorithm, turn-by-turn navigation with Google Maps, and the ability to broadcast your heart rate on certain Bluetooth gym equipment. Read our review.

The Garmin Lily is down to $149.99, or 25 percent off list price. This stylish tracker is aimed at women but is a great option for folks who like hybrid analogs and a smaller-sized wearable.The Withings Steel HR Sport is 25 percent off at $149.95. It looks like a stylish smartwatch, but it’s functionally more like a very stylish fitness tracker.The Polar Unite is 23 percent off at $113.99.
